"The hot water supply was unstable, we need to take cold water shower in most of the time. There were 3 domes but we were assigned the one with the worst view which cannot see the Kominato railway at all. We found that the other two domes were empty but the owner simply didn’t provide the better view dome. There are not much restaurants nearby. "Super conveniently located next to train stations and many shops with beautifully decorated interior and exterior! Hotel staff are also very kind and took great care of me and my room! They also give you complementary shower caps, toothbrushes, and toothpastes as well as comb/brushes which I have never received before at any other hotel!"

"Very comfortable stay for family vacation. The room is well-kept, with excellent amenities. All the staff is very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. The Airport Limousine bus stops in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for getting in and out of Haneda and Narita Airpots. Double check the hours of operation thought because we arrived at 10pm and there was no more Airport Limousine. There is a train station right next to the hotel, and a local bus that goes to Ginza directly from the hotel. The shopping mall within 5 min walking distance is also a plus. The neighborhood is very quiet, which is a wonderful retreat after a long day of sightseeing."

"Our stay here was amazing with one exception. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly. In the morning the August sun was rising on our side of the building which raised the temperature in the room 5-6 degrees in an already hot room. We needed help renting a car to go to the Mt Fuji region and the concierge was extremely helpful. She called the nearest Toyota rental car facility and made the reservation for us. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on staying here the next time we come back to Tokyo."

"We had an excellent stay here. The staff was extremely helpful and very gracious. The room amenities were more than I expected. I loved that they have an easy bag check. We saw there was a 7-11 downstairs and went down late at night for food and bought Ramen bowls to make in the room since there was a kettle. Let me tell you, the 7-11 in Japan is incredible for many food choices The gardens are beautiful but bring bug spray! The staff recommended a close restaurant for Ramen and it was excellent. It's called Noodle Dining Takanawa. Not fancy in any way but very good. Thank you"

"Staff is always accommodating and helpful. Personally we love the location of the hotel, appreciate the availability of the washer/dryer. Easy check in / check out process, the only downside is only one elevator available for all the customers. We will definitely stay at this hotel if we come to Yokohama again."

"The property was close to transportation and the activities around Yokohama! About 15 min walk to the Red Brick House or Chinatown! The room was clean and great design where the output of air don’t hit one on the face during sleep is a plus. Break buffet looks great but we didn’t have time to try"
