I paid premium rates expecting the bathroom shown online, but the room we received was nothing like what was advertised. The actual bathroom was down a flight of stairs, separate from the toilet, with harsh lighting that made it feel like a dingy basement motel. There are no photos of this type of bathroom on the hotel’s own website, so there was no way to know what we were booking.
Beyond that, the room had electrical issues, incorrect WiFi details, dirty floors that left dust on luggage and shoes, and no luggage stands (we requested them but only received three for five bags). The hotel admitted the listing photos were wrong but refused to offer any solution. Worst of all, management avoided me entirely — no apology, no attempt to remedy, even when the booking platform contacted them on my behalf. For the price charged, this was unacceptable and I would strongly caution against booking here.
