Front check in was outside, checker was behind glass with small pass through at bottom. Very little English, used hand signals to ask if we wanted smoking/non-smoking room. Had "flash cards" to tell us to leave key in room when we checked out. Key did not work on dead bolt, door handle lock was loose and not secure. Little to no hot water. Coffee pack was for 2 cups of coffee with a 12 cup Coffee pot. Located on the service road of N IH35. Convenient to get to. VERY LOUD traffic noise inside room.

Was not allowed to enter the office. Had to check in through a small window with traffic so heavy I could barely understand what I was supposed to do. Manager had sign he held up for me to read.

This property is older, but is clean! If your looking for up class fancy, this is not your place! It is a little bit dated.. nothing fancy, but for the price.. and it is CLEAN! It's great!!

You get what you pay for.
We booked a non-smoking king room, in the room was an ashtray and the sheets, pillows and blanket had cigarette burns all in them, there were no towels, washclothes or hand towels in the room at all. In the dresser drawer there was a package for an adult toy from a previous customer.

It's a standard old style motel that's nothing fancy, but it was clean and the price was right, since we weren't going to be there much. Most of the other hotels in the area were $200-250 or more and we got the room for $89. It was a throw back to family vacations in the 60s. The room did have a coffee pot, refrigerator and microwave, so it had everything we needed. Not top of the line, but the necessities were there. We would consider staying there again.

The property was horribly infested with bedbugs. It was unsafe. We walked in the room and found the bedbugs . Then went called Expedia, they contacted the owner he refused to refund the money. I have stayed at some cheaper motels, I wasn't expecting much. But bedbugs and drug dealers posting up the parking lot is where I draw the line

The deadbolt on room would not work. Manager came and changed after telling me there was need because they have cameras in the parking lot. There were flies in the room. I stayed for 45 minutes. Turned keys in at office window and left. Very old property. I could lean on the door from outside and push open.

I liked the fast check in and the manager was very nice. And the tv rec was excellent. Very enjoyable. BUTT Water pressure wasn't good and very little hot water. And ac wasn't to cool

This property looks old and sketchy at first. But the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. Even though the motel is next to I35, we slept great all night. Domino's app stated no delivery to address, but I called them and got delivery instructions to use app for address.

I reserve a one king size bed no smoking room at check in he ask me one bed or two I said one big bed please we got two small beds my husband fell off he tough he was on a king size bed and the worst I can smell the sheets I was a smoking room! Not recommended

Sheets were unkept, bathroom was adequate, bed was ok room wss hot at check-in. A/C took 3 hrs to cool. Furniture was in pieces an office chair a desk a dining chair, desk used as dining table. One small chair matching bed. Carpet was nice. All in all place wss adequate for a one night emergency stay.

I Like This Place
This is an older property, not only was it cost efficient, it had the feeling of home. It was clean, had all the amenities needed. Except for an iron, but I didn’t need one. Online it didn’t say microwave but they had it and a refrigerator. It could use a few upgrades like the tub and medicine cabinet. Maybe clean the bathroom window panes a bit. The bed was comfortable, the room had no odor, it was very clean. Check- in was seamless and so was checkout, just leave the key in the room. Yes, it had an actual key which made this stay above the rest at this level type of hotel. It has Wi-fi needed no code to access. Nice television with remote. The bed was very comfortable. Coffee was provided, no cream or sugar but still it was provided. I travel countries and have stayed in many 5-star hotels and low budget hotels, I rent according to how much I will be occupying the room. This is located right at the expressway 35 and there is a gas station convenience store right next door. I like this place, one level, plenty of spacious parking and peaceful. The one who checked me in was very friendly and efficient. I will definitely tell people about this place and I will definitely be back ..this is my new place out of town. I actually was able to get rest and this was one reason I was here in Oklahoma, to get away and rest.
