“Pal's is an incredible value if you're looking for an authentic Belizian beachfront experience in Dangriga. It's literally right on the beach, and you'll be waking up to that view every morning. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. If you're someone who wants the full American-style resort experience with an on-site restaurant, bar, and lots of amenities, you……

“This is a true hidden gem I booked at the last moment. Arrived late night, but once the sun came up, you were in true paradise. Everywhere your eyes landed, beautiful existed. From the bedroom suite to the bathroom to the porch, to diner area, to the natural spring pool. Breathe taken. I need to plan a trip just to experience this boutique hotel again. Thank you staff for showing me the beauty of the people and of Belize.”

“If you’re looking for a jungle stay this is a beautiful property- just gorgeous! The staff is super nice & helpful. The ziplining was the highlight of our time there. We took a waterfall hike too where we saw a Jaguar & snake. Due to no fault of their own we got rained in for a day due to random flash flood. I would avoid staying in rainy season. Luckily the waters went down & we were able to leave on time the next day. The food at the restaurant wasn’t good. Woulda loved more Belizean food,……

“The whole place was amazing! The cabins were bare bones but clean and cute. We had a porch in the back right by the rainforest, but wished there had been comfy chairs to sit on instead of a small, hard bench. The bathrooms were clean with some interesting insect life to observe while sitting there. Showers were hot and good pressure. The Toucan Cafe up front was superb - we ate every meal there. There is comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Fridge and coffee maker are available for guests.……

“One of the best landscaped properties I’ve ever experienced”

“We enjoyed how welcome we felt as we were greeted. The property is beautiful and we would absolutely stay here again.”

“The setting in the mountains is beautiful, and the place has a fun, rustic atmosphere. However, there were several disappointments during our stay. The listing advertises air conditioning, but it’s important to understand that the rooms are screened in, so the AC does not cool the entire room. You can only really feel it when you’re lying in bed with the curtains closed. Also, the air blows directly onto your face, and there’s no way to adjust the airflow. I actually had to sleep with my head……

“Stacey was great along with her dog Stitch. Place was clean, quiet , safe, and comfortable. Not too far from town. Would definitely stay again.”

“Maya Heights is a breathtaking and serene place. My stay there was peaceful, relaxing The staff were all pleasant and kind.”

“The location was great. The Casitas were nice however the property did not show as nicely as it did online . Our pillows smelled like sweat. And the restaurant across the street again did not present as nice as the reviews online. And our server that day was extremely rude, which was ironic because the sign on the door said, leave your shoes and attitude at the door. The food was OK but very limited. We did not utilize the spa or any of the pools so we can't speak to that but overall, it was a……

“The location is a short walk to the center of the city. Very quiet with a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea directly across the street……have a cup of coffee on the terrace and enjoy the breeze and sea. The breakfast is really nice……. fresh fruit, eggs, mini pancakes and several other baked breads. Really good coffee. Nicely appointed rooms with hot water and super thick, large and soft towels.. Ms.Deborah, the owner is super nice and can provide any information you may need to complete……

“Everything was good. No complaints.”

“Location is closed to city center, just next to Tourist Information office. All facilities quite old.”
