"This property is right on the waterfront. The staff greeted us and had snacks ready when we arrived. In fact, when they heard we were starving, they brought us gratis tamales and meat pies. And they were out of this world. The owner is conscientious and our room was fine. "

"A secret garden oasis in the city! I could have spent a week here birding and enjoying the gorgeous grounds and flowers. The cottages are charming and our room was clean and comfortable. The hot water takes a while to heat up, but that was a small price to pay for the pleasure of staying here. They even booked a taxi for our early morning airport run and sent someone to knock on our door as a (requested) wake up call. The restaurant above reception is a must-eat. We had dinner and breakfast there and everything was wonderful - food, service and ambience! "

The manager kept the buildings, courtyard with hammocks, grill area and even the beautiful bougainvillea trees in great shape. Walk across the street to the beach and to nearby restaurants. Only thing missiing was a pool. "
