"This place is a little off the beaten path but it was wonderful! We needed a spot to stay for a local ball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed. The host went above and beyond to help accommodate my girls and I! We will definitely stay here if we need to come back to the area overnight!"

"Very clean and cozy rental. Property manager was prompt and very helpful with questions I had about the rental. Very peaceful and quite at this rental. In a very remote part of Kansas, by "Big Brutus". That was interesting and fun to visit. Our visit was for visiting family, had to drive about 20 mins to closest town. Cute and quite rental."

"Staff was not rude, but not what I would call friendly either. The hotel and rooms were clean and quiet and I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good - pretty much what you would expect from HI or any other hotel at this level."

"This place did the trick for an overnight stay. It was actually very clean. We had booked a room with 2 beds and when we checked in, our room only had one bed. They quickly changed us out. The air conditioner worked perfectly and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. We've stayed in Chanute several times between our travels between Omaha and Tulsa but this is the first time at this motel. We will definitely come back again. "
