“An excellent stylish boutique hotel, well positioned within Galle fort. The room was great as was the terrace lounge area and pool. The service by the attentive staff was excellent at all times. We loved our stay. ”

“The stay is very good. You will have a decent stay here and warm welcome from their staff. The morning breakfast is delicious. The room is clean. The staff also helped me to find a tuk tuk and give me advice on reasonable price. Just one thing to improve: They need to add a curtain on the top window coz ppl on the 2nd floor may see inside the room and give lower privacy. This is also too bright without curtain and wake me up in the morning.”

“Huge characterful and comfortable room in the converted old building. Very well located in the Fort area. Staff and service were very good. Nice bar area and cocktail menu. We didn't use the restaurant except for breakfast (which was OK but basic). In the library suite there is a huge bathtub (advised on arrival beyond the capability of hot water supply to fill) as well as a good shower. “Charming boutique hotel. Although the surrounding area (3 km west of Galle Fort) is unassuming, the hotel itself is in a beautiful colonial style with every detail and unique decoration carefully thought through. The restaurant, just across the street and on the beach is also beautiful with excellent food. Highly recommended.”

“We loved Dream Villa! It is a beautiful building right in the middle of Galle- you cannot ask for a better location! The room was great, big comfy bed and good a/c. Service was great (we checked in with a young guy who did not speak a lot of English but he was so nice and helpful) and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you Dream Villa!”
