「We arrived 3 hours early and the lovely lady on reception allowed us to leave our bags and explore Olbia. Bed was a good size and very comfortable with soft pillows. Breakfast was good with delicious croissants but the coffee machine wasn't working properly on one of the mornings. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to all the local attractions and less than a 10 minute walk to the bus stop for the airport」

「Hotel staff were incredibly helpful when we arrived with missing luggage. They helped us replace charging cords, find a pharmacy that would replace our missing prescription meds, and find a good restaurant in which to eat. 」

「It’s a really beautiful place. Pools were a super addition and their private beach was beautiful. They offered a free shuttle to the beach which was helpful as it’s about a 20 min walk from the rooms. The onsite restaurant is really great and they offer take away which was handy as sometimes we wanted to stay in the room and relax. We had the pleasure of staying in a small cabin and it was gorgeous for a couple of romantic nights with my partner. It was quiet, great bathroom and comfy bed....

「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....
