My friends and I were astounded by the view from the property. We had a great time and would definitely consider renting from this owner again.

Wonderful time.

We have stayed at Seascapes several times. We love the convenience to the beach. Comparing this to other units we stayed, it is a little worn, flooring and paint. However, the layout is good and kitchen was supplied well with cooking needs. The fact that it had a washer and dryer was a huge win win. The reason to mark low on communication is, we tried to contact the owner by email a couple of times and did not receive a reply. On the Amenities it list wifi is available and it was not. That was a bummer with grandkids tablets. We never heard from the owner. All in all it was a good stay and because there is a washer and dryer we would highly recommend this unit.

Good stay

It was a good stay. Place overall needs a little upgrades. Condo 2301 was perfect. Only one small complaint water in the shower took a very long time to drain. I'm guessing from the sand build-up. Other than that our stay was good.
