We loved staying here for our little thanksgiving getaway! We’ll definitely be back next summer. This was such a cute place to stay and extremely convenient to the sea wall, boardwalk, ocean etc.. as you only had to walk one block and you’re there! Loved that they had a big driveway as I felt more safe with the vehicle being parked there instead of the street. The heater/ AC worked, was just a little worried that walking around the unit the people below us could hear so we tried our best not to be loud. They also had beach toys for our kid to play with downstairs which was super nice as we didn’t even think about that. Check in and out was easy.

It could be a fantastic place if some tlc was put into it. The TV sits crooked in the wall, floor is lifting in the living room some, twin beds squeak but the worst was the horrible pet urine smell in the master bedroom. When I reported the smell I was told to look for air freshener under the kitchen sink (there was none).

The location of this property was great. It is within a short walking distance to the beach, which was awesome. The only negative is that the property could have been cleaned a little better. Overall, it was significantly clean, but the living room couch and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms weren’t as clean as they should have been. We would stay here again, though.
