The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not leave any food items behind. Be sure to check for personal items (cell phone chargers, etc.) that might be plugged in.
Do not worry about rolling the trash cans out. There is a service that does this for us. Please set the AC to 75 degrees upon your exit and return any furniture to its original location if moved.
Be sure to return the garage key to the hanger by the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
