Great place to stay!

Condo was very clean. We loved the patio access to the pool and hot tub areas! Friendly check in, very nice common areas. Will definitely book again.

Great amenities!

The place was cute and stocked with what we needed. The pool and game rooms were perfect. Great view of the gulf and an easy to access location. Ramp parking was a plus!

Great time

It was such an easy check-in, the staff was friendly, the place was in a great location. The property was beautiful and my kiddos loved the amenities. They had a heated po so it was perfect for the cool February day. We will definitely come back.

This place is great, staff are super friendly and accommodating. We came down as a family of 4 and wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else. Beautiful room, perfect access to the pool and anything else needed amenity wise.. would 100% stay here every time if we could.

The condo was just as the photos portrayed. Nice grounds and very friendly people. The only negatives were that the bed needs a new mattress and the Keurig leaks.

The room was great; clean, well stocked, great amount of space for two adults and two young kids. Loved the easy access to the pool and hot tub. Theater was great as was the game room. The inside of this building, the 6th floor at least was great. The pool area needs updated though and this place would be 5 stars.

It was the first time to Galveston for both of us. We absolutely fell in love with the beach community and especially the property we stayed at. Everything was exactly as it was portrayed in the marketing materials. Great amenities, great location, not purely for vacationers

This place was close to everything we needed and had great amenities. We were here during late April so really appreciated the heated pool and got tub. Loved being on the same floor as all the amenities but also had less privacy because of it. This is obviously a very residential condo complex and there are many rules as a result. Additionally the pool is not accessible until 10:00am by visitors. Overall a great place if you don't plan on being too noisy or needing access to the common areas outside of certain hours.

Decent Stay

I love the Emerald by the Sea, such a great spot to stay with amazing amenities. I will say, as far as the room goes, it was meh. We weren’t provided with any wifi password/information, our shower had hair from the previous tenants, and the hand soap and dish soap at the kitchen sink were so watered down you can’t use it. We pay a lot for the stay, why can’t you purchase some hand soap?

Location was nice

The building and staff are very nice. The location of the room is great. The room was clean, and could use a little updating. The bed was horrible, I woke up after the first night in so much pain. My husband discovered that the support for the middle of the bed was laying over on the floor. He propped it up underneath, but it needs to be secured so it doesn't fall over again. The mattress was better, but it could definitely use a mattress upgrade. I wouldn't call it a super host. In my books, a super host has everything you could possibly need on location and maybe even a little welcome gift basket to get you started in case you are coming from far away and don't get in or are too tired to go to the store the first night. Things like coffee and water would be nice as well as robes. Also the hours for the pool deck opening stink, I would have liked sitting in the hot tub earlier in the morning or sitting somewhere with a nice view watching the sun rise. It is kind of blocked by bars sitting on the balcony.

Accurate listing

Great location in relation to the things we wanted to do and easy access to the beach. The unit itself was very nice. The kitchen was missing pans to cook with, but we bought a pan to bring back home. The wristbands were a pain and you felt like a kid being by reprimanded by a teacher for asking for one that was cutting your circulation off and being told you had to never take it off when the paper work stated it was only needed in common areas. Next, out 6th floor patio would have been great to drink coffee in the mornings since you aren’t allowed outside of it prior to 10am. We couldn’t use the patio for the first few days due to weather sealing. We understand maintenance, but we couldn’t use it. The residents were very friendly and gave their own recommendations for local places. All in all, the place was great. The rules for using the pool or even sitting at the pool area before 10am in the morning were a bit late and restrictive.
