Plenty of room for 5 of us. There is a step up to the bathroom so it might not be well suited for all. Coffee was provided. We were there only 12 hours but it was perfect for our needs.

Would not lease again.

We had 3 significant concerns with our stay here. 1. The neighborhood felt extremely unsafe and there we homeless people walking the area regularly.2. The noise of the people in the upstairs unit was unbearable. Constant stomping coming from above and at one point after we went to bed there was a noise so loud from their stairwell that we thought someone was breaking into our unit. We did not feel safe leaving our teenagers in the front room closest to the street at this point. I would strongly advise that the units not be rented at the same time, or the renters downstairs will have a very loud experience.3. It rained overnight and we woke up to flooding in the living area. Unfortunately this was coming in under the back door and is also the area where all guests have to walk to get to the only bathroom. We ended up using all of our bath towels to sop up water and did not have enough clean towels for showering. We luckily had beach towels in tow for our pending vacation that we were able to use. We contacted through VRBO to let someone know and while we did receive an apology, I would’ve expected that someone might offer to make sure we had towels or come to provide a solution.
