Tv didn’t work. Toilet paper roll holder was broken. Front desk staff mostly played on their phones and rarely acknowledged anyone’s presence.

The property is new and clean. Great service. The pool water isnt heated and not even the jacuzzi. That is why I'm giving it 4 stars.

My friend and were overall pleased.The one problem was the transition from rug to laminate was sharp and uncomfortable to walk on.Probably could be a fall hazard also.

Very good guy at the front desk every time we visit the hotel on weekends. He works the evening shift to midnight. A true gentleman, and helpful.

First the floors were stained ( carpet ) the couch in our room was stained with something spilled , my pillow had dried up blood stain spots!.. the lay out for the room was just plain weard!.. ( two flat screen tvs within 6 feet of each other?). No Ice machine on our floor.. and for what you get the room way over priced!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and we loved that is had a refrigerator for our dinner leftovers as the meals we purchased were expensive.

The hotel is located in a nice safe area. My husband and I stayed one night. I was disappointed with the smell of the room, there was also a huge crack on the ceiling.

The front office staff was extremely bad besides one guy we asked over 6 times in the span of 3 days and nothing happened until the last day

It was difficult to find the entrance. We could see the building but no sign telling us where to pull in. Literally went around the block 3 times finally went in a guess driveway and meandered our way through other parking lots until we got to it.

Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever encountered. While checking out we ask the front desk employee if we needed to do anything else. That’s when the employee started yelling that we were incompetent and didn’t have the mentality to comprehend. The man refused to give his name or his supervisor’s name. As we were sitting in the lobby with our bags waiting in the Uber he started yelling that we needed to get out because we were now trespassing. We just payed and stayed at the hotel but now we are trespassing! I can not believe this employee is allowed to interact with customers. He is definitely a liability and a law suite waiting to happen.

The property was great with the exception of a couple of light bulbs not working. Great rooms and clean. Most staff was friendly and helpful. When checking out o said good morning to the staff member and he did not respond. So, I sad good morning again and he Said “how can I help you?” I gave him room keys and said just checking out. I gave the keys and when I was walking out I was thinking about this review and asked what his name was. He said “Bob” I don’t know if I trust that name. Heavy set guy, white guy, black frame glasses. Anyway. No costumer service skills at all. Maybe he was the manager. Not sure. Other than Bob. The place is nice. It will be nice if the nice looking facility went with courtesy from staff.

Desk personnel were professional and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean but to get towels and rooms serviced you had to ask for it if staying for staying multiple days. When asked the service was very good.
