Great little place to stay
Everything was great. It takes a minute to get used to having to go through each room to get to the next but it is a good little space

Great Stay

Great place to stay!
We had a great time in Galveston! This house was super cute and in a great location. We just walked up to the beach and a bunch of different restaurants to eat at. Just a good locale close to the Seawall and with everything you need to have a nice vacation.

The house was very nice, and clean. It had good amenities with a few extras...i.e. shampoo/conditioner, toothbrushes, body wash, etc. It fit the 4 of us easily. The owner was very communicative and quickly answered questions that popped up.. Close to the seawall. I would stay here again. We had a great time

Very nice
We really enjoyed our stay here! They were very accommodating and it was clean plus the fenced yard was great with a 2.6 year old and a giant dog. Very close to the pleasure pier and beach.

Great 4 day Weekend
Had a great weekend staying at the Tiki Hut. This is not a luxury condo or house. It's an older shot gun house with very simple amenities. Having said that, it had everything we needed. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Towels were nice. Good price, great location and a great place to land after a day at the beach or touring the island. The owner is fantastic to communicate with and was very accommodating of our two large dogs who loved the big back yard. I would stay there again.

I was so happy to discover how close the property was to the Seawall and restaurants. We could walk anywhere and we did! It was wonderful not to have to worry about parking fees! I chose the property mostly because it was dog friendly and there was a fenced backyard. That was such a bonus for us. Our Sadie is a country dog, but likes to eat chickens. So, she does not get to be "Free-Range" at home. She enjoyed all of the new neighbors and dogs all around. The house was clean and I felt comfortable from the start. There were many extra touches that helped the place feel cozy. I would suggest maybe a single burner stove element for colder weather. I noticed that there were lots of pots and pans, but nothing to use them on. Phillip was awesome about communicating with me and answering questions that I had at all times. I honestly feel that this stay was first rate and worth the 5 stars. Thanks Phillip!

Great Location!
My husband and I stayed here for our first trip to Galveston. We had no idea what to look for, but lucked out with this spot. Super quick walk to the beach, close to a few fun bars, and a 5 minute drive to the Strand. It's nice to have a big backyard too, we relaxed back there a few mornings. The neighborhood is a little mixed, some of the houses look rundown and some don't, so we were a little nervous driving up that this would be a mess, but not at all. Exactly as advertised. Parking requires a pass which is provided, and when we were there in April there were plenty of spots available, just pay attention to the signs. I would definitely recommend this house to another couple or a small family who wants to be close to the action but far enough away to escape the craziness on the Seawall.

Just great!
We loved this sweet shotgun house on many levels. It was perfectly clean. Phillip was not at all offended when I asked for more details COVID-19 additional cleaning. He was just a text or a message away with any answers to any questions. Will stay there again given the opportunity.
