For the safety and security of our guests, we have the following cameras at the property: a Ring Doorbell at the front door, and a Ring Floodlight with a Doorbell at the back porch entrance. Additionally, there are non-functional "dummy" cameras under each deck as a deterrent. Please note, all cameras are located in outdoor common areas and do not infringe on guest privacy inside the home.

Guests will need to use stairs during their stay, as the living spaces are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house.

We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! Upon arrival, you'll find a thoughtfully prepared starter kit with essential items to get you settled in. While these complimentary supplies are provided to help you start your trip smoothly, you may need to replenish them based on the length of your stay.

After booking, the host will kindly request verification of the number of guests and their names.
Hurricane season runs from June 1–November 30. If traveling during this time, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers natural disasters. While hurricanes rarely affect Galveston, they can disrupt travel plans. Refunds are only issued for weather-related delays if there's a local evacuation order. Travel insurance can help cover flight delays, cancellations, or other issues preventing your arrival.
The early check in and late check our fee is $50 per hour.
