Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Galvestonian many times in the past years. We had arranged with you unbrella service when we made our reservation and had signed and approved the contract.. Our reason for the trip was to celebrate our 41 wedding anniversary and we had planned to spend the day sitting and relaxing under the umbrella on the beach. I received a text 10 minutes before the umbrellas were suppose to be delivered that they were NOT going to bring them and were cancelling our service because they didn't have enough orders to make a profit. They would not even discuss it and were rude.It was a really big disappointment. We loved the Galvestonian, and everything about it was great....but to use venders who don't deliver and who are unprofessional is not what we had expected from your first class facility.
