Lovely family getaway

My two daughters and I had a lovely stay at Sunny Side Up for Spring Break! The property was well maintained and the perfect size for us. We enjoyed the community pool and hot tubs as well as the nearby beach restaurant (all within a few short minutes). The hosts were communicative and responsive to questions. Check in and check out were a breeze. We would love to return!

We loved the house. It was wonderful. Close to the beach, close to the pool and restaurant. Beautiful setting! Beautifully decorated! So cozy and relaxing. We can’t wait until our next time.

Can’t say enough about this property. It was absolutely beautiful! Everything was first class! The decor, appliances, dishes, bedding and location. Right across from the tunnel to the beach side. We rented a golf cart and I highly recommend doing this. You can drive it to the beach club and the beach. The views were amazing. Bay on one side and beach on the other. By far, best VRBO we have ever stayed at (we stay at a lot of them) Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

Great stay!

We loved the house and location. The house was clean and newly designed/decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and away from the busier side of the island. We used and enjoyed the pointe west amenities daily and liked it very much. The only downside was the listing said we had beach chairs and bikes but we didn’t have access to them.

Fabulous stay!

We had a fabulous stay at Sunny Side Up! The house was exactly as described and we loved the location with views of the bay and the ocean. The house was clean, very comfortable, and a great size for a family of four with room to spare. We have rented many houses in Pointe West and this was one of our favorites!
