「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「Our family was taking a cruise out of Galveston and this property is literally two blocks away from the cruise terminal so it was great to spend the previous night in old town Galveston very nice and then the next morning we just walked to our terminal for the cruise line, everyone was very helpful. Very nice. The rooms were great. The breakfast was incredible. Highly recommend recommended.」

「My family of 4 was forced to constantly ask for towels from day one because staff only provided sets for 3, even though front desk saw it was 4 people. The manager stated because we used a third party to book, they had no way of knowing how many would arrive. But to that I say, once we checked in and you counted 4 people, there should have been an adjustment. This was an inconvenience from the start, which made us feel like we were annoying the staff. There were stains which looked permanent...

「During my check-in yesterday, I noticed that the bedding (bed sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases) did not appear to have been freshly changed. After contacting the bedding, my skin became itchy, which raised concerns about cleanliness. I reported this to the front desk, but initially, the concern was dismissed based on photos, and I was told that no replacement could be arranged because only one staff member was on duty. 「The breakfast staff was amazing and helpful! Other than that, we had a multitude of problems arise during our stay. Checking was a major problem and I booked through Expedia and the hotel did not recognize my booking and made me cancel my order and order through them at check in causing me to pass more. The A/C was out in the hallways along with the elevator not working properly during our stay and multiple times we had to take the stairs from the 5th floor! Last but not least the pool...
