"Nice hotel but in need of a refurbishment. Carpets worn and walls needing a paint. Room safe was broken, as was towel rail. Main issue was cleanliness around the pool. Dust build up and cobwebs around pool. Litter not cleared, used plasters left under longers. Pool spillovers broken, large hole at one end, and worst was the large clumps of hair all around. I did make comment to the Spa staff who seemed very disinterested. "
