「酒店服务差，预定酒店房间自己搞错了，还半夜敲门，不顾及客人是否已经休息，第二天早上发现是酒店错误，也没有任何人道歉」

「THe hotel is very dirty and smelly. There s no cover for the blanket but only bed sheet. Washroom door is broken and unable to close. Rubbish bin is not cleared before our checkin and smelly. Hotel staff are nice and friendly though.」
