「Jennis and his wife are extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. Not only were they able to assist in my commute to the airport and back, they were able to help me to items I needed, plan other upcoming trips and even store my luggage until my final stay before returning home. Jennis even kindly gave me a ride to the bus stop and would not even take any money!! Top notch establishment!」

「We had a wonderful stay at Gomez’s place. This place is a hidden gem and a quiet sanctuary away from the busy city. He and his staff were welcoming and very helpful, especially with helping us connect with the airline after losing our bags. He also set up a driver for us to our next location at a good price. He has owned his place for 28 years, here’s hoping for many more! 」

「We arrived in Colombo at late night, so we asked for the airport pickup service provided by the hotel. The car was nice and the driver was friendly.
Our room was spacious and clean. There was a small TV in our room. Something that was not good enough was the water pressure. Also, the wifi signal was quite weak in our room.」

「Decent quality 3 star hotel on negombo seafront. Nice garden facing the beach and great views of sunsets.
Guests were a mixed crowd of locals and foreign tourists.
Check in process was slow and inefficient. Staff seemed to struggle to process a group booking ahead of us and told us to wait. This took more than half hour.
The older lady who showed us to our room incorrectly told us that there was no room service. Her younger male colleague confirmed there was room service and said he was...
