"While the room was clean and the staff were polite, the building itself seemed very poorly designed. The hotel is off a main road, and it is very loud whenever a car drives by, if you’re facing the lake you hear every vehicle that passes all night long. If you are on a lower floor, you’ll spend the night hearing your upstairs neighbor every time they take a step, which isn’t something I’ve had trouble with at other hotels. Additionally the pipes seem poorly positioned, any time there’s water movement you hear it as if it’s flooding the wall beside you. Overall it was a very noisy and unpleasant stay, the beds themselves were comfortable but it felt like the room was made of cardboard, and the passive noise level made it impossible to really rest comfortably. This hotel should invest in padded floors/ceilings and double pane windows. As an added note this location specifically has few food options within walking distance, something to consider."

"The pictures are deceiving. The entrance is as pictured and if quite nice. But once you get past that area it’s not so nice. The hallways and rooms are dark and dreary. We got to our room and was Instantly disappointed the room was small my daughter and I could hold hands from the 2 separate beds. But we said it’s one night we will deal with it. About 1-2 hours later my daughter pulled down the bedding and the sheet was covered in mold and trace of blood. That was a wrap for us. We ended up booking a room down the street for a little more but so worth it. I tried to get a partial refund and it was denied. "

"Staff was excellent, as were the accommodations & the parking garage is very convenient. Manager Leyna and bartenders Abby & Anna were the example of fantastic hospitality on a busy Sunday night full of industry people. Shoutout to Kevin, Leo & Rocky at the front desk as well for their help at check in & with parking."

"The entire hotel was under construction which is totally ok BUT you need to make guests aware of amenities that they are counting on being available, will not be. If pools, gyms and or hot tubs are not in working order, LET THE GUESTS KNOW. Some form of compensation should be available for guests that were bamboozled. Guest relations left a lot to be desired. Quite a bummer. "

"The room itself was clean and the bird OK. The location was sort of in a heavily traffic area so there was a lot of noise all night long plus it was located near train tracks so very often you would hear the sound and feel the vibration of trains going by that being said was fine in end of itself however, some kind of crazy family with multiple rooms was placed next-door to us who arrived at midnight so we were woken up too much screaming yelling door, slamming door pounding, and apparently fist fighting that went on for quite some time and then when it quieted down, it started up again a few hours later in all honesty I don’t feel I would be coming here to stay again"

"If there was a breakfast we were not told about it and based on the hotel we wouldn't have eaten there. We had to move rooms after the first night due to loud neighbors and smoke rolling into our room. Room was dingy, and the shower in the second room would either freeze you or burn you. "
