“Manifesté mi desagrado porque me vi en la obligación de entregar mi tarjeta de crédito en el mostrador de Recepción del Hotel para proceder a los pagos correspondientes tanto a la llegada al hotel como a la salida. Entiendo que no es necesario y que en ocasiones da lugar a fraudes posteriores, por lo que nunca la entrego, salvo en el Hotel Excelsior en el que acabamos de estar en La Valeta, Malta, en el resto de los casos y en mis compras habituales yo misma la paso por el datáfono o dispositivo……

Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……

“Found this hotel in YouTube. Well, everything is good like transportation, food outlets etc. We stayed in Room 502, the air conditioned is quite noisy and towels quality seems old, shampoo and lotion dispenser are not working on the first day. We informed housekeeper and finally fixed it. Overall, Malta is a good place to go and this hotel is a good location but need to be upkeep at all times. ”
