“Great place to stay.”

“Do not stay here! Arrived and the outside didn’t come close to the picture. Went inside and checked in. Went to elevator and wasn’t sure if it was going to work. Dirty inside. Got off of elevator and what a mess. Looked like a war zone. Got to room and oh my, that was a shock. Went to the bathroom and no toilet paper holder. Got my husband to get me some toilet paper. The beds were sitting on metal rails. Turned the TV on and it didn’t work. Went to call downstairs to the front desk and……

“Very disappointed with our recent visit. Our encounter with office staff was not welcoming at all. An unwelcome tone no matter what the question or concern was she was rude and not accommodating at all. No sense of compassion or understanding. Our room was booked 4 months ago...never saw that the pool was closed for renovations. In person the office staff just quoted that Facebook had the update of pool closure. Searching through the Facebook page I found the pool closure (and yes 1 post..17……

“Can’t get any closer to the beach. Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Over all nicely situated.”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“Room 520 no carpet, bathroom small the door would not close, the vent didn’t work. They have no overhead light. They have no blankets, and house keeping does not clean your room until you leave. Stay at your own risk.”

“Upon checking in, the air conditioning in the room was not working. The staff responded quickly and got us in another room. All went well after that.”

“Loved the resort- highly recommend a check-in a better overview of all amenities available. Would’ve appreciated booking the spa we booked online through Expedia so we did not know this was an option. We absolutely loved the restaurant waiter but it was unfortunate He was the only one staffed for the restaurant and the bar. He made the experience very memorable and had the best hospitality. The food was great, but I think you would have a better turnout if there was more staff support.”
