「All rooms are oceanfront views. We were on 2nd floor. Perfect view of Garden City Beach. Sat in the loungers at pool facing ocean and walked in ocean a few feet away. Bed was comfortable. Lots of pillows. Water pressure in bathroom was excellent. Shower was wonderful. Lots of towels, but only give you one hand towel per room. Odd. Room was cleaned every day. Floor was a little sandy when we got in room and contined to be that way throughout stay and had to wipe bottom of feet everytime we got in...

「The indoor pool is down and looks like a pond. The grounds by the road really needs to be cleaned up because it looks like a garage truck exploded but I’m pretty sure the state is supposed to maintaining roads and ditches. Either way, I’d clean it if I owned the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.」

「First time visiting the area and it was reasonably priced for a place right on the beach. Lovely to be able to be right there and not have to worry about parking, walking etc」

「Breakfast was ok. there was no coffee the first day we was there so we went to the coffee shop up the street the second day it was ok . Wish there where more options . The parking was good and felt the car was safe . The staff was amazing . The ladies at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant 」

「Great staff, clean room and good working ac. Breakfast menu was fresh and different each day, a variety to choose from. Hotel surrounding is quiet and conveniently in close proximity to restaurants and many fun activities for the family. Visited from Boston at the end of April not peak season summer hence quieter days and smoother movements from point A to point B.」

「The ladies at the front desk are not welcoming or nice unfortunately. One took my i.d and then argued “she did not have it” when she in fact did, and ended up giving it back. We saw a roach in our room the second night we stayed. The pool tables they advertised online are ran down and the pool sticks are broken with no tips on them. It wasn’t an absolute horrible stay as my kid enjoyed the water park, but i definitely wouldn’t spend the money i spent to stay here again. 」

「The ocean front I liked but losing power on our day was not Good!! We left for the day and staff didn't greet us and didn't seem to want to wait on us ! And one roll of toilet tissue ! Please 😡 and was given the key bc they said the room was ready and we walk in on a maid still cleaning the room smh」

「We had 2 rooms. One of them the door didn’t lock. Only found out the next morning when I just pushed it open. It took them the day to figure x it. I had to put our stuff into the other room. The parking lot had giant crater pot holes. It was treacherous driving through it. It’s our last stay here.」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」
