“Everything was excellent! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here while having fun at Disneyland!
Had a great view of the street from our room and the property felt safe with the fact that your room key was necessary to gain access to the hotel and to your room floor!
Room was clean and tidy. Room had sufficient space for 3 people (2 parents and 1 kid).
You do, however, hear cars with loud engines or motorcycles as they speed by. Didn’t interrupt sleep though.
Would definitely book again here……

“The hotel is clean and comfortable with a convenient location, but rooms facing the main road can be noisy. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were very good, and the front desk staff were friendly. However, the housekeeping knocked on my door three times within two hours in the morning, which was a bit disturbing. Unfortunately, there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available in the room — it would be great if the hotel could provide one.”

“Goods: The bed, pillow and the room is very comfortable. Near stores and restaurant within a walking distance. The pool, gym and laundry room are very convenient for those staying longer.
Bads: The heat won't work until like 2-3 am in the morning, room heater system was broken, they had to give me a radiator. Shower also doesn't have heat in early morning (4-5am ish). We had jet lag so we found these during these time.
However, overall its good place to stay in, heater problem can be fixed……

“We went there that night, and I was extremely dissatisfied as soon as I entered the room. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they said they were full and couldn't change even if I was willing to pay extra. Although I was unhappy all night, it wasn't a big deal. But what happened next left me completely baffled. This hotel actually used handwritten check-in forms instead of a self-service computer system. More than ten days later, we were still receiving emails from the hotel urging us to pay……
