"We stayed at this property for three nights and had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we noticed the air conditioning in our room wasn’t cooling properly. I called the front desk around 10:00 p.m., and within 10 minutes, a maintenance staff member arrived and resolved the issue in under five minutes. I was truly impressed by the prompt and efficient service. The room was spacious, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The on-site restaurant served delicious food. Although I was informed they only had Pepsi when I requested a Coke, they went out of their way to bring me a Coke with our room service order—an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that truly stood out. It’s clear that this hotel prioritizes guest satisfaction and goes above and beyond to create a memorable stay. The property itself is absolutely stunning, and I would gladly return a hundred times over. Highly recommended!"

"Great location for walk to Disneyland. Safe walk. Some traffic noise but it’s a busy street. Breakfast was a hit. Nice eating out on rooftop. Zero complaints about hotel. And they let us checkin at 2pm in lieu if 3pm since our room was ready. That was nice. Thanks. "
