"This was our first visit to Hyatt Regency OC, very pleased with the stay. We opted for a room on a higher floor. The room was very clean, I like that the floor is vinyl rather than carpet. Any staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We had a hiccup one morning when our shower would not work, but maintenance came and fixed it within 20 minutes. We did not have a balcony & we were no the opposite side of the hotel that you can view Disneyland from your room. Other than that the staff was extremely friendly & super attentive. Thank you! "
