"Went to check out Gettysburg, PA and had a great time. The Stratton House location cannot be beat. Our group was able to walk to everything in the historic district, which made it nice to not have to find parking and get in a few extra steps. The house is perfect, beds were very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook a few meals of our own. If you are staying in Gettysburg and looking for a place to stay, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Stratton House!!!"

"The house was excellent - just as described. It was spacious, comfortable and gave us the historic feel we were looking for in the heart of Gettysburg. Location was ideal allowing easy walks to the Gettysburg circle, the battlefield and many options for dining / shopping. We enjoyed it immensely and would not hesitate to go back to the Barclay House in the future."

All appliances and supplied linens are top quality and the furnishings and decor provide an immediate feeling of home. Ideal location, close to battlefield auto tour and downtown tours and dining. "Our club held it's Annual Business Meeting here and the accommodations were perfect. The Host is friendly and gracious and attended to every detail. "We had a lovely stay at the Yellow Ski Lodge - easy 5 minute drive over to Liberty and a very comfortable property. My one complaint with Liberty is that their accommodations are limited. This property offered close access with some space and farm fresh eggs! Great stay, thank you!"

"This home is spacious and well appointed. The owners were easy to communicate with and super helpful. They had all the basic essentials on hand + a few extra surprises (breakfast snacks, oatmeal, hot chocolate, and coffee). Everything in the home was perfect and as described. Only one thing was different, we didn't find a queen bed in the office area and the sofa in the office didn't pull out to a bed. "I traveled and stayed for the weekend with 6 adults. If you have kids, this would be fine as we stayed in a premiere cabin. The bunk bed were tight for us. The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable with the bar in your back and the main bed was ok. The place was clean and the shower had a good amount of hot water. The TV couldn’t get a signal to work. The place overall needs some TLC, but it was overall just ok. "
