Even before check-in, Don was very communicative and made sure to ask about our preferences for one of the rooms.We had a fantastic stay — the home was very spacious, and the layout was perfect for a large family.The highlight for us was the beautiful lake view. We loved the outdoor seating area right by the water — perfect for relaxing with a coffee in the morning or unwinding in the evening. "The steps upstairs were worrisome, if you have any knee issues - this may not be the best option for a VRBO.This home was super clean, and beautiful however. Plenty of parking space for your guest.All supplies were provided."

"If you want to go to a diagusting neighborhood then this is your place. We felt so unsafe we didn’t even stay there. We got a hotel. It is that bad. As nice as the inside is, the outside and neighborhood will have you running. Music blasting stinks of weed homeless people all over. Do not book this place. The owner didn’t even refund us our cleaning fee. Trust me STAY AWAY."

"My girlfriend and I spent a weekend here for Valentine's Day, and it was perfect for our needs. It's very easily accessible and easy to get to from downtown Newburgh/Beacon. Phyllis was very communicative throughout our stay and super understanding of the winter weather coming in the morning we left. Everything is as listed and we really enjoyed ourselves here for a winter retreat!"

"Check in woman was super friendly. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Traveling with my daughter and this was about our halfway point. Its right off of I84, next to a diner that appeared to be well known due to how busy it looked, and a gas station down the street. Hotel was quiet and couldnt hear the highway. Breakfast attendant was always cleaning and restocking. Would def stay again!"

"The room is very clean. Loved that I didn’t find any mustiness at all. The bedding felt very crisp. The free breakfast was simple but good quality foods. There’s waffle station that my friend really enjoyed. Having said the above, that should be the standard because this is not a budget hotel. It is on the pricey side but having vacancies in the short time we had to book the room, we felt it was fair. "
