“It is large and clean. 4 bedrooms plus an upstairs loft with sofas. There is a grill and firepit. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher (which didn't work when we were there). The yard is small and on a busy street, and there is a storage building outside which was not secured, so it would not be suitable for children to be outside on their own. The landscaping on the front is overgrown, so the street number is not visible on……

“We loved being close to the park and could walk to Ruby’s to catch the shuttle. The kitchen was large and we had everything we needed to prepare meals. The bedrooms were large and we had plenty of space to put our stuff.”

“This is a lovely little home located in the tiny village of Escalante. The house was well stocked and had all the amenities you might need for a short stay (less than 5 days). My only caution is that if you are planning to use this as a base for a longer stay (over 5 days), there is no washer and dryer. And for those of us who are hiking in the dusty canyons, clothes get dirty really fast! There was also no laundromat in town. Escalante is very small with one grocery store with limited……

“The house was wonderful! Plenty of room for our family of four, with comfortable beds, all the amenities (including a washer and dryer), and a great outdoor space with wonderful views. Close to Red and Bryce Canyons and to Panguitch to get groceries. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Linda was so helpful and quick to respond via text. A lovely time was had by all and we highly recommend it.”

“The only thing Gooseneck was lacking was AC. As North Carolinians who set our home AC to 65 to go to sleep, we struggled a little bit. The amenities description list AC but there is only heat. Other than that the home was clean, tidy and perfect for our one night stay. The views are great and Rick was great with communication.”

“Host consistently communicated promptly. Kitchen had all the basics necessary for cooking. The unit was clean. The scent from the cleaning product was strong. I aired out the unit for a day. Otherwise, the unit was very clean and accurately described.”
