  • Historical 1930's Vintage Rustic Home. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, Sleeps 7, Dog Friendly(not cats) a comfortable home for average family's, not to be confused as a 5 star resort. Fully Fenced. Because it's 95 years old, the house has seen lots of crazy weather, Floors are uneven. House has settled some. Gives it character. Property has 2 separate rentals, in the back of the property is "The Hideaway" It has it's own fenced in area, different access, You won't ever see or engage each other.Peaceful farm setting, lots of Deers frequent the nice big grassy yard with fire pit and picnic table, view of Bryce Canyon from the back yard, , 15 fruit trees, Walk to nearby park, or to town,(.03 miles) BBQ, washer/dryer, pellet stove, central heater, Air Conditioner, The swamp cooler for the kitchen, tall steep white metal roofs with big trees keep the house comfortable, Hard wood floors...New carpet in all 3 bedrooms, 45" flat screen, TV's in all bedrooms. House is fully stocked with all everything, towels, linens sheets, TP, Dishes soaps, ect. Internet, 4- TV's w/Netflix Amazon, House Phone. Very tranquil & Private, comfortable setting on almost a acre, with a gorgeous view of Bryce. This is very affordable..Were one of the Closest Homes to Bryce Canyon (only 8 miles).. Nope this isn't a log cabin..But, it is very quaint, You'll have a really relaxing stay here, 11 years on VRBO, lots of great reviews,

My family and I stayed here when we saw Bryce Canyon National Park. This house is very close to the entrance to the park. It is homey and comfortable and very roomy.

We had a very nice time in Tropic - Bryce is always a favorite of ours! The house is exactly as stated, and was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. So many deer! We would definitely stay again.

Great historic house and perfect location

We really enjoyed staying at this cozy, historic house. Great yard for our dog. The host was superb, helping us with road conditions as we checked out right after snow. An oasis just far enough from Bryce Canyon crowds but still close.

We really enjoyed staying in this farmhouse in Tropic. Bryce Canyon is literally just down the road. The owner was super responsive and answered all of our questions within minutes. There was plenty of space for our family and had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again!

Charming historic home

Cozy, charming, and comfortable. We had a cold night and really enjoyed the fireplace. We love cooking and had everything we needed. Our dogs loved the fenced in large yard and our son loved watching the deer jump in and out of the yard. Great location for visiting Bryce Canyon National Park.

Fun visit to Bryce!

The little town of Tropic is a great base for visiting Bryce. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to the downtown amenities. We loved the Canyon Coffee shop and the IDK BBQ place! Our accommodations were comfortable enough in a vintage style Bathroom and kitchen are well equipped. Very homey.

This was a quiet rural neighborhood, setting with fruit trees, and mule deer out front. It was close to BryceCanyon national Park as well as Kodachrome state park. We enjoyed driving the short distance down the road to the Mossy Cave trailhead to see the very dark starry night

Bryce Canyon reunion.

This location was great for visiting Bryce Canyon. We are a group of 5 people having a friends reunion and we appreciated the two bathrooms and spacious living room. Also great fun seeing the mule deer visiting the yard for apples. Loved having laundry available as we had been traveling for over a week. We wished the kitchen was larger and there was one very squeaky double bed but we had a wonderful time!

We spent 6 nights at this VRBO and loved it! The house is absolutely cozy and relaxing. Tom the owner goes above and beyond to accommodate. The location is perfect for a trip to Bryce Canyon. The location is in a quiet and safe area. Tom allowed us to bring our horses and we did 6 amazing rides. We wouldn’t hesitate to come stay here again.
