"I would’ve given this five stars except for two things. As I was photographing the Night Sky I came back about midnight two nights in a row and there was not one parking space available anywhere on the property or on the street around it. This place needs assigned parking so that when I come back at night and I’m tired there’s a place for me to put my car. The other thing was there was absolutely no shelving in the shower and I had to put everything on the floor. Luckily, I can still bend over but not everybody can. Other than that it was a very nice stay and if they would fix those two things, I would stay here again."

"It was a great property. Lots of space to spread out - 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 full baths, spacious living room and ample deck space. They had every imaginable kitchen utensil and lots of dishes, pots, pans and silverware. The view from the deck of the ocean and Twin Rocks was very nice. We spent some time rearranging the drawers in the kitchen to make it easier to find things and, if you sleep downstairs you will hear footsteps and creaking floors above, but these are small complaints that are outweighed by the value for the price you pay and the location of the property. Just a short walk to the beach."

"It’s a good hotel, nice room, good location close to restaurants and the harbor. But we stayed in Unit #6 and the shower was terrible, black mold. It could have easily been bleached out. We won’t go back, which is too bad because we enjoyed the location and staff."

"We had never stayed at this property before, and because of that we’re unsure of what to expect, but we couldn’t have been happier with this experience.The yard was completely fenced in, which gave us so much comfort to let our dog and small children run around freely. The back patio was perfect for sitting around watching the sunset.The beds were comfortable for each of us, everything was clean, and the host was incredibly generous with nice little check-in amenities for us and our dog.The beach access was perfect and direct. We love this area of Rockaway because it’s less crowded, so it felt like the beach was all our own.We can’t wait to come back in the future when we are able to. If you’re looking for a great, quiet space with good views and beach access, this would be a great option."
