"I played in whistler several times, and this time I felt the worst. The music of the bar downstairs of the hotel was too loud. I kept listening to the music of the bar in my room, and it was so loud that I felt the vibration of the music. It didn't stop until 2am in the middle of the night. I couldn't sleep at all before 2am. The music is completely unacceptable until two o'clock, and I stayed in this hotel for three days and two nights, but the attitude of several female employees at the front desk was neither smiling nor very friendly. The only employees I saw in this hotel with a smile were the two female employees who cleaned the room. Personally, I don't recommend this hotel."

"整体服务和设施还可以。希望酒店可以提供筷子方便使用。缺点是房间噪音太大，造雪机24小时工作，铲雪车半夜工作，让人无法入睡，必须携带耳塞以减少噪音的困扰！在酒店休息不好，太多噪音。"

"房間隔音很差，暖氣設備聲音很吵，嚴重影響睡眠品質。沙發床的毯子不夠保暖，小孩第一天就感冒了。"

"走路幾分鐘到滑雪場，在大街附近，行街食飯都很方便，酒店有室內泊車場，酒店乾淨，冲涼熱水也很好👍樓下有hot tub，不過比較細。"
