"The manager never responded to request for check in info until an hr plus after we were supposed to check in. We had a timed event so of course we had to scramble to find accomadations. The manager eventually gave a 1/2 heart apology. I feel my money should be refunded in full as we never accessed the house."

"While the listing is "technically" accurate, it is incomplete. The entry door can't be locked or unlocked from the outside which requires someone to climb over the passenger seat to get in. Listed WiFi was nonexistent. Listed TV was useless as it wasn't noted that there was NO service of any kind. Listing claims "totally electric" yet we had NO hot water the entire time we were there.
