“We were in town, with my elderly parents, for my son’s wedding. We spent 3 nights at the property. David, the owner was communicative and available if needed. (he wasn’t) The property is compact but filled with everything we needed. “Gavin was a super host. He addressed all my questions, helped us arrive early after we flew into Buffalo via red eye and made the stay extremely comfortable. The location was ideal for access to shopping, food, dining. I'll always remember this trip as Comeback 2.0 as the Bills beat the Ravens 41-40. I'd stay again at Gavin's in a heartbeat and highly recommend his VRBO to all.”

“It was perfect for our stay, we would definitely rent it again. I have to say that the house needs a good deep cleaning. Furniture moved and cleaned under. We found food, hot sauce and candy wrappers, under it. Floors need a good mopping. We had to sweep the floors because there was dirt, and crumbs on it. Nothing major or too serious. We had an awesome time and loved the house. ”
