Ich hatte dieses haustierfreie Ferienhaus mit Whirlpool und Sauna gebucht, um ein paar entspannte Wellness-Tage in Ruhe zu genießen. Bei der Ankunft wurde schnell klar, dass der Whirlpool nicht funktionierte und das Ferienhaus eindeutig für Hundebesitzer konzipiert war. Die Hundehaare auf dem Bett bestätigten dies. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Rezeption, Kundendienst und Dormio stellte sich heraus, dass Belvilla die volle Verantwortung für die Mängel übernahm. Belvilla bearbeitet unsere Beschwerde zwar noch, aber mir ist mittlerweile klar, dass Dormio kaum erreichbar ist und die Verantwortung schnell von sich weist. Bisher war meine Kundenerfahrung unbefriedigend. Die Bearbeitung meiner Beschwerde durch Belvilla könnte meine Endbewertung natürlich erheblich beeinflussen. Abgesehen von den Mängeln der gebuchten Ausstattung ist das Ferienhaus an sich gut. Bitte beachten Sie außerdem, dass die Sauna eine kleine Einzelsauna ist, die ins Badezimmer gequetscht ist.
