“Beautiful surroundings close enough to all the “touristy” hotspots and to the shuttle but far enough away that it was very quiet and serene. We brought our furbaby, and she loved the cabin, sitting on the porch and the many new smells of the outdoors! The host was very responsive and helpful anytime I reached out for support. Highly recommend you book a stay here. We plan to visit again!”

“Awesome location with close walking distance to the Gatlinburg strip. The beds were comfy as was the bean bag in the living room. It’s an older building but the condo was updated nicely and provided everything we needed for a wonderful holiday stay for my birthday. “The host was great. The condo was very clean, cozy and decorated nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great location and great view of downtown Gatlinburg-5-6 minute walk to the downtown area. Nice patio area. Grocery store about 2.5-3 miles from condo. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We experienced a big Smoky Mt. snowfall. Approximately 12 inches in total. The driveway to the upper level parking lot is steep but we have 4 wheel drive so it wasn’t a problem for us. We would stay at this……

“Overall, the experience was decent. However, there was an ongoing issue with the heating in the master bedroom, which did not provide adequate warmth—especially during the winter months. I reached out to the property manager about this concern, but it was never addressed. As a result, I had to spend my own money to purchase a space heater in order to maintain proper heat. Additionally, parking in the condo lot is very tight and can be challenging.”

"酒店坐落在高处，房间内有很好的景色。房间面积理想，周围很安静。有户外阳台，坐在室内就可以观赏美丽的落日。酒店有充足停车位，早餐内容也不错。游泳池也不错，适合孩子和大孩子，但不适合成人锻炼使用。整个小镇有免费的巴士，很方便出行。唯一奇怪的是入住几天没有人来打扫房间，最终实在不能忍受，找工作人员要求才得到了非常凑合的打扫，脏床单不更换，浴室也没有清洁。这是一个很大的遗憾！"
