The staff was fast to respond when we had any issues or questions. The only issue, and it wasn’t an issue per se, there could be more pots, pans, and dishes available, maybe even small appliances, such as crockpots and keurigs.

Nice location but missing aminites

Reviewer Comments: location was good, very accessible and beautiful but the cabin from inside was not upto the expectations. the soap bars where inside the hand wash basin, there was no vaccum cleaner, no iron, no toys at all for kids. The door lock was also difficult to operate.

The ice maker didn’t work and the remote for the living room tv didn’t work until I realized that the batteries were in backward. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Informed that check in was going to be delayed- so we rearranged our plans. Then shortly after was informed that check in was no longer delayed. Informed the dryer didn’t work 1 hour before check in. We had 15 people including an infant and was unable to wash towels during our stay or any clothing. There was trash underneath one of the beds and the pull out couch linens had not been changed from previous stay.
