Walk to everything Gatinburg has to offer! Park, check-in, and put your keys down (no need to drive anywhere). This comfortable, upgraded, cabin-decorated condo sits at the BEST location in town, just minutes walking distance from downtown. Our unit has 2 beds that are queens (1 bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa). It has a big screen cable tv, nice comfy chair, fireplace, WIFI and a full kitchen. The complex also has a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub.

It was just enough for two people. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Toilet is the only bad thing. Very low and didn’t flush well. Best thing was that we were able to walk to everything. Never drove anywhere. We loved that part. Especially with 10-20 parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Keep looking. It was disappointing.

Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by a very large cockroach when we pulled out the sofa sleeper. The 3 towels in the bathroom smelled like mildew. The entire place is dark & dinghy. I texted the number given with my concerns as well as sent a message on VRBO. No response to the text but i did get a reply on vrbo telling me to call the next morning to discuss options I called and left a voicemail but never received a call back. Completely unacceptable! The location of the condo was great but that was the ONLY great thing about it. Please read listing carefully before booking as you will gave to eat out every meal. Would not stay with this gost again.

Condo on the edge of the Hills

Property was clean and maintained. The condo is very dark unless the curtains are open. Not comfortable with everyone seeing in on the first floor. Communication was good. Would recommend to others but would be up front with them about privacy especially right in front of the pool. Great location to walk downtown.

Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying here! The area was perfect and very close to the downtown area! This was very convenient in order to avoid having to pay for parking. We were also very pleased with the property and did not experience any issues! The host was amazing and is excellent at communicating and ensuring that you have a lovely visit! We definitely will be booking this property again in the future!

Perfect location!

Overall this property is a five. The owners were great to communicate with via text. Our only word of advice to next person who uses this property is if you will have more than two people or be there for more than two nights take additional towels, wash clothes and hand towels. There were only a few of each and we were there for four nights so we ended up purchasing a few of each to last our time there. Also, a bath rug. There is nothing to step out of shower on, so I would bring one with you. All that said, it was the perfect spot to spend our honeymoon and would consider staying there again. The location to downtown Gatlinburg is perfect. The building complex was quiet and felt very safe.
