Amazing!

We stayed here for our batchlortte/batchlor party with our friends & family & it was amazingly stunning! There was a leak though the window on the top floor right bedroom & the wall paper that filled up with water, that eventually bursted. Other than that, it was very cleanly, very well maintained & stocked with plenty of supplies. 9.9/10! :)

Gatlinburg stay

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay the only issue we have the place witness clean as it should have been the maintenance of guy was really really great he was there when we got there and the issue we need to take care of he took care of me to leave whoever I talk to on the phone to do the checking thing new how to get us right in and she was very good over all the stay was beautiful

AMAZING

Every room has a bathroom! The view is the best! Easy to get to for being so high up! The owners respond quickly to any question. We even went through a storm, lost power, and it was restored quicker than I thought possible! More than I imagined was supplied… from sheets and towels to a coffee maker and crockpot!

Beautiful views

We had an amazing time at Bears on Ski's! There was 8 of us to celebrate our Mom's 60th birthday. Plenty of room for everyone and had everything we needed for our stay. The views are spectacular! We even had some unexpected guests, a mama bear and 2 cubs! Would definitely stay here again.

Million dollar view

Total recommended we enjoy so much special when mama bear show up with her 4 cubs since day one and last day we loved so much definitely we didn’t cook out much because that beers but it’s ok you have so many good restaurants and down town Gatlinburg we definitely come back and rent the same place we loved and the kids desconect from electronics total recommend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice and spacious for a large group of guys there for a bachelor party. The views were incredible, the amenities were great, and the condition of everything was very nice. Drive up was steep and windy with no guard rails, so remember to consider this when going in the winter or when driving on a rainy day!

Excellent family stay with Bears

Great property, clean and nicely decorated, 5 nice bedrooms and full baths with game room as a plus. Hot tub well put to use. View from deck amazing. The road up was very windy. Time to destinations took a little bit longer than expected but ok. We were visited almost daily by bears and cubs at the back deck - enjoyed watching. Made our family vacation more amazing.

Mid summer vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent views. Rooms were spacious. Bathrooms were clean and efficient. Kitchen was well equipped and dining area was quite large. Deck wS in need of refinishing and it was a little shake. Te deck furniture was new and comfortable for relaxing and taking in the wonderful views.

Thoughts

We had a great and enjoyed the cabin. Sone areas are in need of repair such as the base for hot tub, the grill, some exposed wiring/holes in walls and peeling paint on exterior. The deck was looking rough and some nails were sticking up. Never did get hot water at kitchen sink. On a positive note there was plenty of room, the furnishing were comfortable

Great views bad location for family with large vehicles

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin is very nice! However, our experience was horrible. My large family was tracing in a ford transit van that could not safely navigate to and from the cabin. We did our best to research the roads to and from the cabin. On our route up to the cabin there were two very dangerous switchback turns to get to the cabin. We contacted the owner and they offered very poor customer service. We were only able to stay one night as weather would have made navigation even more unsafe. Would not recommend renting this cabin.
