Stayed here while visiting some family. Really cute place! Equipped with everything you need. It was very clean and even dust free. Very taken care of. Easy check in check out. Right outside Gatlinburg downtown.

The check-in and check-out process are clear, which is helpful. There were a few issues that really tainted our experience. The unit home was not clean - which was evident by the “human body hair” left in the shower and toilet. One bed pillowcase smelled like a woman’s perfume. The shower drain pan was caving in and floor tiles were missing. This caused us to stand off to the side to be able to shower. In my opinion this was a huge hazard because the floor was liable to give way at any point. It deflected about an inch when you stood on it. The biggest issue was the noise in the attic when the AC would kick on. It was loud and quite disturbing. It disrupted our sleep. I’ve never heard anything like it and the host said it was normal. Location is great, home had all of the essentials. Without the needed repairs I would not recommend this place.
