Great for families or a couples get away

From the pouch you had an amazing view of the mountains. Great location not over crowded but also a short trolly ride to downtown Gatlinburg or pigeon forge

Family Cabin

The cabin was a wonderful accommodation for family gathering. The layout made food prep and serving easy for a group. Close to the town and hiking. The pool table and hot tub were good special treats for us. We will stay again!

Our cabin 212 was gorgeous and so cozy! Very clean and accommodating. We enjoyed the hot tub and the jacuzzi tub upstairs was so nice! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Christmas trip

Spent Christmas in the cabin and had a wonderful time. Cabin was big and gave out family of five plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen, pool table, hot tub and views were wonderful. Only knock on the cabin is that trash was localized for the entire resort and full all the time, and the location of the resort made everything 30 mins away. We would definitely stay again!!!!!

Was good. Had an issue with the HVAC. Contacted the managers office, informed them of the problem. When we got back the problem was fixed.

Nice cabin. Poor communication

The cabin itself was cute! Very clean. The main shower had zero water pressure and you couldn’t turn down the hot water to make it cooler or you’d only have a small stream to shower in. I never received the check in email with the 4-digit code to get into the cabin. We arrived after hours and had to knock on another cabin to ask how they got in theirs. With only having 1 bar of service and after trying 4 phone numbers, we finally received a customer service representative who sent the appropriate email. The address on the listing is wrong as well. Thankfully, I asked for the correct address before our trip. Even though it’s only 12 miles to downtown Gatlinburg, it’s a 30 minutes drive with the winding roads. We unfortunately will probably not book again.

Cute cabin!

We had a blast staying at the cabin! Loved that the listing and reviews I read definitely did not disappoint me at all. Great location great atmosphere cute little area to where the place was at. Not far from downtown Gatlinburg for all the shops and food. I highly recommend it you definitely will not be disappointed.
