Great Location. Great for the price

My family of 6 stayed here for my sons AAU tournament. Great location for access to everything. It could use some new couches and curtains to keep the sun from glaring in the early mornings but other than that I have no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We loved the fact we could walk to the main attractions in Gatlinburg. Condo very roomy, clean and comfortable. The balcony rewarded us with the lights of Anakesta and the family of bears. This was our fourth stay with Baskins Creek Condos. It is our go to place. Looking forward to next year!!

The place was very clean and well taken care of. We loved being able to walk down to the main strip. They had great security features, well lit parking area, coded elevator and room. I would recommend this property to anyone and actually have already.

Great location to walk to everything downtown and great room. Early morning garbage truck noise at the dumpsters was not pleasant. Not sure that the HVAC unit was doing much. But overall, will likely be back.

Nice place

The place was clean and in good proximity to the strip. The trolley was convenient stopping right at The condo. The beds were hard and every morning at 230am the garbage truck came to empty the bins. The pool needed cleaned- too many dead bugs and the hot tub only had one setting. Other than that the place was nice.
