I booked this hotel for my wife and I for our 25th anniversary. After checking in to the front desk, I went back and told my wife she was going to love it here. We did. Everything was excellent. Staff was super-friendly, room was wonderful, balcony and view was great. Location was perfect. Great choice.

The property was exceptional! The staff was the was extremely helpful and very nice. I have to say that this is one of the best hotels overall that I have stayed at. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay for one extended hour of check out. $50 is steep for extended check out time.

We loved that it felt like a beach hotel but had views of the smoky mountains and the shopping strip. The bathroom in the room was amazing. The multiple shower heads felt like a spa experience. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to our needs. The hotel was clean and very nicely decorated. We loved staying here and decided this is our #1 choice for staying in Gatlinburg for future trips!

Beautiful property, the guest room were a very good size with everything one could possibly need. There was a nice bar with outdoor seating and a fire pit. We would definitely stay there on our next trip to gatlingburg.
