The front office staff in the evening, appeared to have been speaking on her cell phone and was very loud where it kept us awake in our room.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Staff was horrible. Tried to screw us over on the room. Luckily expedia was able to provide a partial refund. The staff could have just as easily admitted they overbooked and only had single queen beds available but we just went around in circles talking. I was talking about a double room and the front desk attendant kept talking about double beds. I said double room not double beds then she was speaking in there codes for the rooms so i had to resort to their “lingo” still didn’t resolve anything.

Room was absolutely filthy. Dirty towels were left in bathroom from previous guest. The sheets on bed hadn’t been changed from previous guest. We witnessed them not changing the sheets in other rooms. Floors had not been swept or vacuumed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. Is in a good location but there are cleaner rooms in Gatlinburg.

Our sheets were blood-stained and had a big yellow spot in the middle of the sheet. The sheet protector was also blood-stained. It looked as though the sheet was reversed and not changed. The blood spots matched the ones on the sheet protector on the opposite side of the bed. The carpet was dirty, the door sill was black, and trash was in the corners of the bathroom. The room stank. It was a terrible experience. We were booked for three days and left after two. I give this hotel ZERO STARS. When I told the clerk about the bloody sheet, he just sent housekeeping to change it, but offered no compensation after we slept on it the night before.

This place is what you pay for. It’s cheaper than most and for good reason. The breakfast options are Little Debbie cakes, the staff is rude and usually trying to sleep behind the desk. The room was clean, but could use a little TLC in some areas. It was adequate for me as a single man.

The first room that we were assigned to was not cleaned. Then we were moved to another room, which was very moldy, the bathroom was not clean, mold all around in the fixtures in the bathtub. There was soap still on the shower wall from not being cleaned. The smell in the room was sickening. We had to keep the window open at all times due to the smell. The curtains were dirty and had mold on them. The toilet wouldnt flush, had to flush it manually. The carpet was dirty, hair and trash on it. It was a wasted expense and i will never go back nor recommend it.

It was very nasty well on kept rooms and hallways were nasty the sheets on the bed were nasty The whole establishment was well unkept why would Windham put their name on an established like that shame on them I will never stay at another micro tear by window

It's an affordable and clean place. But I wish the staff would pay a little more attention to guests. They're very busy on the phone watching videos and if the breakfast were improved a bit, it would be excellent.

Our room smelled like mold, the AC wasn't cold, toilet clogged up and when we asked the front desk for help, we were told to grab a plunger (not even kidding, they were sitting in a box in a storage room next to the desk. We've stayed here multiple times and each time it seems to get worse so this will be the last time.

There was dirty socks in the room, carpet was peeling off the walls and the bathroom faucet you had to hold on to with both hands just to turn it on. It was not tight to the sink. The mirror behind the bed was filthy. The ice machine had moldy ice coming out of it.
