Promised one thing and ended with another
We booked our vacation in April for 2 bedroom 2 bath accommodations for 5 people. Then 24 hours before we were to leave for the trip Resort Rental Pros emailed and called saying that the room we booked was not available. Their only options was to give me a 1 bedroom 1 bath for 5 people at a 40% discount or to separate my family for the week in two 1 bedroom 1 bath units. Needless to say, Resort Rental Pros had me over a barrel. So, to try and save the vacation, I had to separate my family to make the vacation which we had to change all of our plans seeing as 1 unit was NOT big enough to accommodate all my family members. I will NOT be renting through Vrbo if I find out that the reservations will be through Resort Rental Pros as the solutions offered were not adequate to what I originally booked.

Very clean
We loved our stay! Had everything we needed. This place is close enough without being too close. There is a nice grocery store very near the property to get any essentials a family might need. I have nothing negative to say!
