A perfect cabin in the mountains

This was a perfect cabin for our family trip. It is spacious great that each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The views are wonderful. The hot tub was good and nice to use. The game room was good. We loved our time here and would return again.

This is a great location. Was disappointed that no one tokd us tge fireplaces were not functional. From the note taped ut looks like its been awhile. Did see bears upclose. Lots of minor repairs are needed but overall a good stay

A perfect getaway

It was our first time visiting gatlinburg and this cabin did not disappoint! From the hot tub, to the jacuzzi tubs, the pool table, retro games, and wrap around porches it was both kid friendly and relaxing (those two things don’t usually go hand in hand haha) not to mention the view was great and it was at the top of a mountain! We had a great time!

Family "Dream Vacation" at Queen of Dreams

We loved the size of the cabin. It was super comfortable for 6 adults and 5 young boys. The view was great. So much so, that we took a family photo on the porch complete with smoke on the mountains. The bedrooms with private baths were perfect for 3 couples to have their own space. The 1/2 bath is located downstairs near the gameroom and perfect for the boys. The gameroom was a great gathering spot. We couldn't have chosen a better cabin for our family vacation ❤️

We literally had mama and 3 baby black bears come up and climb on the porch. We seen 8 bears total in the 5 days we was there. Amazing experience. Gorgeous view very secluded feeling

Beautiful cabin!

Great Vista

Excellent views in a spacious beautiful cabin. Small things would make it even better, such as switching charcoal grill with gas (no charcoal provided), add some small amenities like hand soap in kitchen, stock coffee filters, etc. These things found at other rentals make it a great experience. But overall a beautiful property with a large deck with great views.

Beautiful Property

The views are amazing. Close enough to town for any essentials, but far enough away to reconnect with the ones you love and get reintroduced to the world around us. Had everything needed. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Quick responses provided when we had to contact the rental agency. Would rent again if offered in a future listing.

Loved the place

We loved the cleanliness. On our arrival the Hot Tub was leaking but I reported it and maintenance fixed it same day. The only thing I would change is the grill. We brought food to cook on the grill but it’s rusted out and can’t be used. The frying pan was a small pan so our dinner took a long time to cook inside. So don’t plan on using the grill. We loved the jacuzzi tubs and especially the game room

Beautiful cabin

The cabin is beautiful, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It has several jetted tubs, as well as outdoor hot tub. Lovely back porches extend around the house on both levels. Privacy is great…there is only one cabin next door, but views of that cabin are nicely blocked from anywhere within the cabin. The only downside to this cabin is the narrow, curvy road getting up to the cabin (not unlike most of the side roads in Gatlinburg). Would caution renters in icy weather though. Owner’s managing team was responsive to questions and any issues that arose.

Bring everything with you.

The house overall was nice, even though it needs repairs and it’s has absolutely nothing in the kitchen. Not even salt and pepper. Only one role of paper towels and only 3 forks. For cooking there is 2 small pans so if there is a few of you there you are cooking for long time. So if you plan on going there bring everything. We had to run into town a buy a bunch of stuff. Not at all what we are used to. And the hot tub doesn’t go above 95. The view is nice but it’s hard to get a bad view up there.

Bug infestation

This has the potential to be an extremely nice rental. Unfortunately though it is completely infested with lady bugs…Asian beetles as vacasa called them. Lady bugs don’t sound so bad at first and I have never once written a negative review of a rental but I can’t overlook this one. We are not talking about a few lady bugs throughout the house. This was way beyond that. It was bad enough that they were all over the tubs, bathroom sinks, mirrors, and in the beds. All the bedrooms were infested. To top it all off though, they were on the ceiling and crawling on the canopy bars above the bed and would fall on us during the night and crawl on us. We contacted Vacasa and they informed us that they were aware and that there was nothing they could do about the “Asian beetle battle”. That is 100% unacceptable!! It’s one thing if there are just a few throughout the house. This is a total infestation. I will absolutely never stay here again. Wanted to warn others since it sounds like they have no plans on doing anything about it. A couple other small things (in comparison) to note, we rented this with friends and so all bedrooms were occupied and the outlets in our bathroom did not work which also made getting ready completely inconvenient. The electrical panel by the hot tub was also left uncovered. This was a hazard since we had small kids. The toaster had 2 wires coming out the top on the left side rendering it useless. I wish there were a place to post pictures…

Sowed up to a cabin that was un clean reached out to mangers and no one could come out and clean it we went and bought sheets for the beds and swept the whole house and bagged up garbage so our 1 year old kids could play in the floors,they said someone would be out tomorrow we left that morning and at 2 they still haven’t cleaned our cabin ended up getting back to the cabin around 4 and it was clean all but one toilet that had poop smeared on the outside of it was still the same as it was when we arrived. All the company offered to do was refund us our money on our sheets when we’ve done wasted a day and half and time and money from our stay because no one cleaned the cabin prior to our arrival. Worst vacation experience with a company I’ve had. You would think someone would do more

Would have. been nice, but…

I am highly disappointed with Vacasa. We received a very unfortunate medical report from the doctor regarding my mother. She died. I begged Vacasa for mercy on a refund or credit. The communication was conflicting. At one point, they subliminally accused me of lying because we didn’t previously mention of my mother being sick. I tried to inform them this was because we didn’t know. My mother died within days after receiving a medical report. I offered to provide the medical to prove the truth, only for the to throw in my face the “policy.” The policy Is not the law! It's a document that can be reviewed to consider the circumstance. They were all about the money and then told me you cannot even have a credit. My family is highly disappointed. They responded to me as if they were not human, rather robots and didn’t understand human sympathy!
