Poised on the edge of Smoky Mountains 7 min. from Gatlinburg, the park entrance and Ober, Elevista offers stunning unobstructed mountain views both inside and out. Given the proximity to the National Park, you are almost guaranteed a sighting of one of our bear friends on one of their daily visits. Plan ahead to late spring and summer when our 3 seasonal pools open or enjoy the tennis courts, new pickle ball courts and gym year round.

On the main floor, you'll step into the well-appointed and spacious living room with vaulted ceilings. Set the mood with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace as you stream the game or your favorite movie. Shoot a game of pool while enjoying the panoramic views of the Smokies or whip up a gourmet treat in the fully stocked kitchen or mix up a cocktail in the blender using the bar set. Descending the spiral staircase you'll find two relaxing king suites, one of which has a separate jacuzzi tub and the other with a washer and dryer. You'll spend hours enjoying the view from the game room while playing on the PS5 or relaxing in the hot tub on the lower deck. The twin-over-twin bunks in the game room provide the perfect space for families with kids.



Looking to travel with your pets? Elevista is pet-friendly enabling guests to bring up to 2 dogs for an additional $200/stay. Furry guests will be provided crates for when family members are out experiencing the Smokies, bowls, leashes, waste bags and treats.

Unlike other cabins, your view will not be obstructed by buildings at Elevista. You will feel isolated yet be just a quick drive down the road to Gatlinburg and all of the other major attractions in the area. Situated on a private lot away from other cabins, guests will enjoy nothing but serenity and uninterrupted vistas making the cabin feel remote, yet close to everything.

Pools & Clubhouses:



Pools and clubhouses are open from Memorial Day weekend to the week following Labor Day. Gym available at South Baden Clubhouse Mon-Fri during work hours during the off season. You must call to verify prior to arrival.

Things to Note:

-Camera installed at entrance for security purposes

-Alexa devices used to control smart house features

-The cabin is pet-friendly but does not have a dedicated yard for pets given it is perched on the top of the mountain

-Both bedrooms and bathrooms are located downstairs and require guests to descend a spiral staircase

-Property is located in the mountains and may have tree debris or pollen on decks or driveway

-Food and beverage items used for staging of photos only and will not be provided

-We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of an emergency outside the 30-day cancellation window

-Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement within 24hrs of making a reservation
