Wonderful Stay

This was in a great location, just minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg. Beds were comfy, even the sofa bed! Kitchen is small but did the job! My only complaint was during checking. I know this is a timeshare location but I wish they wouldn’t try to sell you a membership when you check-in. After you get your room key, you have to get a parking pass at a separate desk. This is their ploy to try to get you to sign up for a timeshare tour.

We received several emails confirming our stay. When we drove 12 hours, the resort had us booked for 2 nights instead of 6. Very bad experience!!!

Everything we needed!

The Mountain Loft in Gatlingburg was a perfect fit for our family. We stayed in a Chalet which was well enougb room for us and the kids. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful when we had questions. Facilities were well maintained and great options for swimming with three different pools. I highly suggest the pool that is up the hill passing the clubhouse for the great views, plenty of sun and salt water.

Pleasantly surprised

I had no idea what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with a wonderful stay! Sure our condo was small but it was perfect for our family of four. Full kitchen, jet bathtub, couch bed with linens, in unit washer/dryer, heated pool at the clubhouse and a friendly staff. If I had to say anything negative, the only thing I could say is dusty baseboards in the bathroom. This is probably the best value for the money I've received in a long time. I highly recommend!!!!!
