Perfectly located and Clean

The cabin was very clean and spacious. It was very well stocked with necessary items. The pool table and hot tub was a big hit for my teenage children. Located in the perfect location.

Family Getaway

This cabin was perfect for our family getaway. The location was perfect and very close to town without the town noise and traffic. Doris was very responsive with communication prior to our arrival. I would highly recommend this cabin if you are considering a trip to Pigeon Forge.

Great location, cute cabin

Overall, we enjoyed the stay! Kids loved the rooms and the bear theme! Nice location, short drive to everything. Hot Tub and porches were really nice. Hot tub was cozy and warm. Took one star for cleanliness because i was trying to find an outlet for my charger by the master bedroom and the only option was a very dusty surge protector under the bed.

Weekend stay at Pigeon Forge

The cabin was excellent. My grandchildren was able to play pool but the arcade and fuseball wasn't working. I would stay here again.Decorations was so pretty and cabin so clean. The kids really enjoyed it.

The front door lock needs fixing, it was very hard to unlock front door and lock back. The cabin was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very close to town but also gave you the feel of being away from all the hustle and bustle. We can't wait to book again. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Cabin

Had a great time! The cabin was nicely decorated, clean and provided toiletries. We especially enjoyed the pool table. The owners were also excellent at staying in touch!

Great location.

Very close to parkway and Dollywood. Easy to get to. Exterior picture needs updating. Cabin a little older than picture indicates but overall well pleased.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time. We loved the cabin and thought it was in the perfect spot. Close to everything yet it still felt secluded like a cabin. It was very clean. Only issue is that the upstairs floor is very squeaky and you can hear it in the basement.

Amazing place

We have stayed at a lot of cabins in the mountains and this one was by far the best one. The owners are the nicest people we have ever rented from. They wanted to make sure everything was perfect. The location was great. We would definitely rent again. Sheila Daniels and Dorothy Berry

Family vacation

They were amazing host. We had a little issue with it not being cleaned due to the cleaning lady had some personal things going on out of state but I contacted Doris and we worked out a plan. She sent a refund for the cleaning and also a night free. We will definitely be back. This is not going to keep us from returning. Very nice cabin and local to everything!!

This cabin was perfect! Exactly as described. Perfect location to everything. Easy to get to. It has everything you would need for a stay in and cook night. Kids enjoyed the arcade game and pool table. We had an issue with the electric that effected the entire neighborhood and Doris was quick to find out what she could on it. I would highly recommend this cabin!

Smokies for Independence Day

Great value, excellent location (access to amenities), nice size for two couplesCabin was a bit older, but reasonable for the price paid. Dryer does not function -- which would be nice for reusing towels (between hot tub and shower). The basement bed is SUPER squeaky. Hot tub is a tad small for four.Overall, a very lovely property!

Kinda Disappointed this time. Walkable to strip

My wife and I with our kids rented this cabin about 5 times in the past (2009-2015), & rented Bear's Family a couple of times. They was newer back then. Not a lot changed, which is a bummer. Use to be a clear view of the mountains from back decks. Having some of the tree limbs cut would help. Both beds are sinking in the center. The foundation needs some attention, as the center of cabin is noticeably sinking. The master Jacuzzi, the front jets are underwater, but the back ones are about 2 inches above the water line. When multiple people are using the shower, it's hard to fill above all jets without running out of hot water. The water pressure was low. When we arrived the cleaner was still there. The floors needed mopping and hot tub smelled and was cloudy. Alison, the property manager came next morning and cleaned the hot tub. The only downside, too many clorine tablets, caused foaming/bubbles when jets were turned on. The blankets smelled, but we brought our own sheets/blankets (something we always do). Owner is amazing lady that care about her renters. Hard to control when she is not physically near her cabins. I don't blame her for the cleaning part. Updating the pool table accessories, the arcade and the foundation are things she can fix. Also, cameras are not disclosed in description. 4 cameras are on porch. My wife stated great communication with owner and property manager. Wife didn't want to post review, as she adores the owner, but I had to give honest review.
